Clay Duncan – CEO
Clay looks after the financial security and stability while painting the picture for future direction and growth. Having received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama, he immersed himself into the mortgage trade. Today, he has more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

mortgage industry including two terms on the board of the Nevada Association of Mortgage Professionals and the State of Nevada’s Mortgage Advisory Council which is a position recommended by the Commissioner of the mortgage lending division and appointed by the Nevada Legislative Council Bureau. Clay has also been designated twice by the Nevada Mortgage Lending Division as a subject matter expert in the area of state law regarding Nevada Revised Statutes helping to write the initial test for licensing of mortgage professionals in the state of Nevada after the 2007 legislative session and then again in 2010 for the implementation of questions related to Nevada law as they would be applied to the National Mortgage Licensing examination for lending professionals.
Currently Clay’s focus is helping the company to move forward with aggressive but stabilized growth and he keeps a watchful eye out for strategic alliance and acquisition opportunities as the industry continues to consolidate.

Kelly Graham – CSO
Prior to a career in the mortgage industry, Kelly worked for six years as a Japanese translator for the US government in Washington, DC, having graduated from Brigham Young University in 1986. Kelly began his mortgage industry in experience in 1992 as a loan officer for Great Western Mortgage in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where he worked for two years.
In 1994 Kelly moved to Las Vegas, NV, where he continued work as a Loan officer for First United Mortgage. In 1997 Kelly purchased First United Mortgage (FUM), |
which he grew into a sizeable mortgage brokerage in the Las Vegas market over the next twelve years. In 2009, Kelly decided to close FUM and enter the mortgage banking side of the business by aligning himself with two industry friends, Rowe Nelson and Clay Duncan, whom he currently works with as CSO for Southern Fidelity Mortgage.

Rowe Nelson – COO
Rowe has an extensive background in the mortgage industry having run one of the largest most successful companies in the state of Nevada. His 13 Years of operational experience is vital to the successful operations of the company.
Using his past and present experiences to continue growth, Rowe is directly involved in all areas of operations from secondary marketing, processing, underwriting, closing, funding, insuring and quality control.

Rowe attended Oklahoma City University where he earned a degree in Accounting. In addition, he holds an FHA, VA, Conventional (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) delegation for underwriting.Rowe understands the complexities of evaluating the loan for delivery in the market place which is a critical piece of any successful mortgage company and has served as an Independent Consultant to Warehouse Banks helping them to mitigate risk.
Rowe’s current focus is helping the company implement better internal controls for quality, compliance and improving service and support for originators in order to create a more productive and profitable environment for successful origination. |
